Found a bug. Describe what you did and what happened: the page address, your browser and a screenshot if possible. Errors in strength maths, name inflection or generator behaviour get fixed first.
Suggesting a tool. Tell us what problem it solves and how you solve it today. Tools are added regularly, and a clear use case is the strongest argument.
A data question. What exactly is stored, how to delete a draw you created, how to opt out of analytics. The details are in the privacy policy, but if the answer is not there, just ask.
Partnership. Placement, sponsored materials, using the widget in a commercial project. The widget is free for commercial sites too and needs no separate permission.
What we do not do
We do not recover forgotten passwords and do not help gain access to someone else’s accounts. The site stores no generated passwords — neither yours nor anyone else’s — so such requests are pointless technically, not just ethically.
We do not crack passwords for archives, documents or accounts, and we do not advise on doing so.
